Join ±«ÓćÖ±²„ Science Outreach outdoors for ourĀ Family Science DayĀ and discover the secret stories of treesā lives!
Have you ever wondered what kinds of stories trees could tell us if they could talk? Are you curious to know how old the trees around you are? During this interactive workshop, we willĀ learn how to āreadā tree growth rings to explore what they can tell us about a treeās life. Put on your scientist hats and join us for 75 minutes of games and hands-on activities!Ā
Who?Ā Families Ages 8-10 years old accompanied by an adult.Ā
When?Ā Saturday, September 28th
- Workshop in ENGLISH:Ā 9 am - 10:15 am
- Workshop in FRENCH:Ā 10:45 am - 12 pm
°Ā³ó±š°ł±š?ĢżĀ ±«ÓćÖ±²„ downtown campus, meet outside the Redpath Museum (859 Sherbrooke St W). This activity will occur outdoors, so please come prepared for the weather (e.g., hat, sunscreen, water bottle).
