"Thankfully, we have so much depth on offence that we played the fourth attackman," said head coach Tim Murdoch. "We ended up with eight different players who scored, which is a key element for us since our opponents have a difficult time trying to isolate our top dogs."

The game was knotted 2-2 afterÌýthe first quarter and ±«ÓãÖ±²¥Ìýheld a slimÌý5-4 lead at halftime.ÌýA potent Redmen offence exploded for six goals in the third quarter to surge ahead 11-6.

The Redmen, who improved to 8-2 overall, including a 6-2 regular season record, will travel to Worcester, Mass., on October 17 to face a stiffer challenge against Holy Cross, an NCAA Division-I team that competes in the Patriot League. The game is set for 3 p.m.
