eQube Gaming appoints Murray as board adviser
eQube Gaming Ltd. has appointed µþ¾±±ô±ôÌý²Ñ³Ü°ù°ù²¹²â as an adviser to the company's board of directors. Mr. Murray will be formally appointed to the board subject to regulatory approval.
Mr. Murray is a director of private equity at Regimen Partners, a small-business private equity firm specializing in transforming local and regional companies into multinational organizations. Prior to joining Regimen Partners, Mr. Murray was a managing director in investment banking where he had a 20-year career at a number of firms, including National Bank Financial, Versant Partners, Raymond James Ltd. and AltaCorp Capital. His transaction experience has ranged from venture-stage companies to large-capitalization companies in a broad range of sectors, including aerospace, agriculture, business services, consumer products, engineering and construction, health care, manufacturing, retail, technology, transportation, and waste management. Mr. Murray earned an MBA from ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ in 1995 and received the chartered financial analyst designation in 1997.
