The first was sweet and the second was a charm, but the third might be the hardest.
The top-ranked ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Martlets will try to become only the second team in Canadian Interuniversity Sport history to win three consecutive national women's hockey championships as the six-team tournament begins Thursday afternoon in Antigonish, N.S.
The Martlets will face the sixth-seeded Montréal Carabins, their Quebec conference rival, in the first of two preliminary round-robin games, starting at 3 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier University's Keating Centre.
