Practicum Pause: An interview with School of Information Studies Master's student Talia Olshefsky
±«ÓãÖ±²¥ School of Information Studies recent graduateÌýTalia Olshefsky (MLIS '14) was interviewed by the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Library's "Library Matters" blog about her successful Practicum placement with the Library while a student in the Master's program.
During her Practicum, Talia worked with the Library’s extensive map collection, conducting an inventory and experimenting with new geographic information systems (GIS)-related tools and technologies to develop innovative ways of discovering this collection.
