Special NCAA ticket package available to see ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ hoops this week

MONTREAL - ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Athletics & Recreation is offering fans a specially reduced rate for the three men's basketball games against NCAA opponents when the Redmen open their 111th season this week.
Ìý
±«ÓãÖ±²¥ will host the Illinois State Redbirds on Aug. 12, the University of Central Florida Knights (Aug. 13), and the University of Akron Zips (Aug. 14).
Ìý
UCF's lineup features Marcus and Jeff Jordan, both sons of NBA legend Michael Jordan.

Advance tickets are now on sale at the Redbird Sports Shop in the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Sports Centre, 475 Pine Avenue West. For the opening weekend (Aug. 12-14), fans can gain admission to all three games for the price of two, by purchasing a weekend package. The special rate for adults is $20, while the rate for students and seniors is $10.

Single game admission is also available at $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors. Children 12 and under are admitted free. All games will be played at Love Competition Hall in the Sir Arthur Currie gymnasium.

Other NCAA teams are slated to confront the Redmen at Love Competition Hall over the next few weeks, including the Albany Great Danes (Aug. 20), New Hampshire Wildcats (Aug. 24) and Niagara University Purple Eagles (Sept. 3).
