RESOLVED: Technical issue | "Report a broken link” form in Discovery

We are currently experiencing an issue with the "Report a broken link" reports that appear alongside links in the catalogue (also known as "Discovery" or "Sofia"). When you "Report a broken link" please make sure to check the box beside "Send me the correct link to the resource if it's available" in order to have your contact info ��ֱ��ed to library staff. Otherwise, contact information will not be received and staff will be unable to reply to you.

RESOLVED: Access Issue: ProQuest Central Links Not Working in Sofia Catalogue

The technical issue we were experiencing with ProQuest Central links has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

We are currently experiencing an issue when accessing ProQuest Central links within Discovery (Sofia catalogue). The links are resolving to an error message that reads:

“The link you clicked triggered a search in ProQuest that did not find the item you were expecting. Required link information may be missing or incorrect. Ask your librarian or administrator for help.”

RESOLVED: Technical issue | DeGruyter access down, "unspecified server error" message

The technical issue we were experiencing with DeGruyter has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

The Library is experiencing a technical issue with DeGruyter where access to all links is being blocked, and instead we are seeing an “Unspecified server error” message.

We are currently working with DeGruyter to restore access and apologize for any inconvenience.

RESOLVED: Technical issue with Sofia Catalogue “Report a Broken Link” button

The Library has been made aware of an issue affecting emails sent from the “Report a Broken Link” button in the Library catalogue (Sofia).

Resolved technical issue: Course Reserves site showing errors

Taylor & Francis webpages are either saying that “you don’t seem to have access” or that “your institution has not purchased this content”.

The week of November 22, the Library was experiencing two issues impacting user experience for Wiley and OverDrive e-book titles in which only a small portion of the Library's Wiley e-book titles were underrepresented in the Sofia catalogue and OverDrive holdings were overrepresented.

The original issue for Wiley has been fixed but the OverDrive issue, outlined below, is still outstanding.
