The ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Office of Sustainability and the Department of Buildings and Grounds is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Zero-waste Coordinator.Ìý

±«ÓãÖ±²¥â€™s Waste Reduction and Diversion Task Force was established to identify opportunities to optimize ±«ÓãÖ±²¥â€™s waste management system. This Task-Force has recently completed the new 2018-2025 Waste Reduction & Diversion Plan, and is seeking to hire a Zero-Waste Coordinator to implement this Plan. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of Plan implementation.

Recently, the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Office of Sustainability brought together some 50 staff members to get outside and garden together as part of the Staff Community Garden project. Organizers want to give ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ staff a new way to connect, learn about gardening, and get engaged in other sustainability initiatives around campus.
