New scholarship to recognize LGBT leadership

In 1990, except for discussions about women in business, Timothy Thompson recalls little talk of diversity and inclusion of minorities when he became a banker after graduating with an MBA from 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Desautels Faculty of Management.聽鈥淥ver the course of my career of 25 years, the conversation about diversity and inclusion has definitely opened up,鈥� says Mr. Thompson, chief operating officer of TD Asset Management in Toronto.
