Research Data Governance at ±«ÓãÖ±²¥
The Digital Research Services (DRS) Hub in the Office of the VP-RI is hosting an information session on research data governance at ±«ÓãÖ±²¥. We will provide an overview of how research data governance fits into the research cycle and will highlight some of the opportunities (and challenges) of developing a data governance framework for ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ researchers.
This session will build on the 2023 publication of ±«ÓãÖ±²¥â€™s Research Data Management (RDM) Strategy. We will introduce the next steps in implementing the RDM Strategy, which will involve the formation of a Research Data Governance Working Group. Further details about this group will be shared during the presentation.
