Laser Safety Online Training

Target Audience: All staff and students required to work with a class 3B and/or 4 laser must follow this course.
±«ÓãÖ±²¥ students & staff click on register online using the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Human Resources Staff Development course registration system.
Non-±«ÓãÖ±²¥ student registrants please complete and submit the Paying Participant Training Form
Certification: A Laser Safety Course certificate is presented to participants who successfully complete the written exam. Certification is valid for a period of 3 years. If you have participated in a Laser Safety Course within the last 3 years, you are not required to attend again.
Duration: 1.75 hours (excluding examination time)
Cost (±«ÓãÖ±²¥): Free for ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Community (students, staff and faculty). When registering using the on-line registration system you will be prompted to enter a FOAPAL - no FOAPAL is required therefore leave the field blank.
Cost (Non-±«ÓãÖ±²¥): $50 (if paid by PI); $150.00 per person plus applicable taxes for other payment methods.
