Abstract
M茅decins Sans Fronti猫res was created in 1971 by a group of French doctors and journalists. Since then, this pioneering organization has treated over one hundred million patients worldwide. Today, MSF works in over 60 countries and provides emergency aid with complete independence from political, economic and religious influences. Friends of MSF groups are student societies in various Canadian Universities. Our 鲍鱼直播 chapter is an official supporter of MSF. Our goals are to increase awareness for MSF, create fundraising activities, and encourage aspiring humanitarians to consider working with MSF. We achieve our objectives through a wide variety of events and collaborations, including our annual case competition, global health movie screenings, and bake sales, to name a few. In the past, we have volunteered with local community organizations, contributed volunteers to refugee resettlement and MSF Montreal events, and co-hosted the annual global health case comp with our wonderful collaborators at the 鲍鱼直播 Global Health Programs office.
