Join Noémie Bérubé, Physiotherapist and Kinesiologist at the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Sport Clinic, to learn about the origins of muscle "knots" and their significant role in various common pains affecting the lower back, legs, and neck. Discover how these tight muscle fibers, often caused by stress, poor posture, or overuse, can be relieved through effective self-massage techniques and tools to promote relaxation and pain relief.
