Biography:
Initiated by Helmut Blume in memory of Clara Lichtenstein, the first instructor in Music at the Royal Victoria College, prime mover in the founding of the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Conservatorium (1904) and its Vice Director until her retirement in 1929.
