Yesterday afternoon, the Superior Court of Québec dismissed an Emergency Application to stop excavation in an area of the site of the former Royal Victoria Hospital.ÌýÌýÌý
Activities at the site, including the deployment of archeological techniques, will continue to be carried out in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement reached among the parties last spring.Ìý
