Black History Month Event: Joy, Liberation, and Vitality in Black Maternal Health
The 鲍鱼直播 School of Population and Global Health Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism Standing Committee and the Department of Global and Public Health invite the 鲍鱼直播 community for an informative and engaging Black History Month event, titled 鈥�Joy, Liberation, and Vitality in Black Maternal Health鈥�, led by Dr. . Dr. Opara is a prominent Detroit-based physician and global public health expert. Recognized for her impactful work during the COVID-19 pandemic, she founded Opara Equity and Justice Labs and co-chairs the End Race-Based Medicine Taskforce. Beyond her medical roles, Dr. Opara is a proud mother, dancer, and advocate for joy, justice, and liberation for Black communities worldwide.
This event is open to 鲍鱼直播 students, faculty members and staff.
