Major Concentration Change Form

This form is ONLY for students in BA programs who:

  1. Want to add Biology, German Studies, Hispanic Studies,Ìý´Ç°ùÌýReligious Studies as first or second major concentration. 
  2. Have Biology, German Studies, Hispanic Studies, or Religious Studies as a first or second major concentration AND want to change/add/remove another major or minor concentration.

Notes:

  • Due to a technical issue, students cannot add the above-mentioned majors using the Minerva Curriculum Change Form.
  • Only requests for the above 2 options will be processed.
