Social Work : Triadic perspective on couple counselling. Topics include: value issues; origins of intimate conflict; characteristics of troubled couples; presenting couple complaints; separation; treatment techniques: alliances, coalitions, hierarchies, third party positioning, neutrality, secrets, counsellor symmetry and power, resistance.
