Linking Action and Research on Sustainability (LARS) brown bag lunch series presents: "Get media coverage for your research"!
Linking Action and Research on Sustainability (LARS) is a joint initiative of ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ professors Elena Bennett and Catherine Potvin and funded by the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Sustainability Projects Fund. Our main goal is to give visibility to ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ researchers (profs, graduate students and postdocs) working on positive contributions to sustainability. To do that, we help them create videos and we offer a series of brown bag lunches in science communication and outreach.
"Get media coverage for your research" is a one-hour workshop for professors, graduate and postgraduate students. Carole Graveline, from ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Media Relations, will share how you can attract the media and work with them to promote your research to the public!
