Course Description
This hands-on workshop is for members of the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ community who own and manage ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ websites, especially those planning to conduct user experience research for website projects.
This course covers:
- UX research techniques
- ±«ÓãÖ±²¥-supported tools and resources for conducting UX research and design
- Tips for ensuring you meet your goals when conducting UX research
- Examples and outcomes of past UX research exercises conducted at ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ will be presented.
This course is mandatory for:
- Anyone planning to conduct UX research
