Having difficulty getting started? Do you find yourself putting off tasks? Join this workshop to (1) develop an awareness of what is procrastination and how you procrastinate, (2) identify how procrastination works, and (3) discuss how to change "procrastination to "doing."
Do you want to learn ways to become a happier person?Ìý Come learn about the science of happiness and discover how you can cultivate a positive mindset by taking in the good.

The event honours the career and memory ofÌýPrestonÌýRobb, who is considered one of the founders of Canadian child neurology. Dr. Robb started pediatric neurology at the MCH. He was a pioneer epileptologist and a Director of The Neuro (Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital).
