In 2005-2006, Health and Social Services Institutions across Quebec were offered amounts varying from 10,000$ to 25,000$ to write proposals for the program related to the retention of English-speaking graduates in the regions. Of 334 institutions contacted, nine submitted proposals, which were thereafter subsidized in 2006-2007.
