The role of听Buildings and Grounds听is to provide the 鲍鱼直播 downtown campus community with an environment that is clean, safe and functional. The department and its units听strive to provide efficient and quality services in the most sustainable way and are implementing numerous听sustainability initiatives听across our campuses.
Buildings and Grounds teams
Buildings and Grounds is comprised of several teams:
Building Services
Building Services听provides regular cleaning and custodial services to ensure that all facilities are appropriately cleaned for daily use. Our team听is dedicated to promoting听sustainable cleaning standards in its daily maintenance operations while keeping the highest productivity and quality of services for the 鲍鱼直播 community.

Events Support
The听Events Support team听is responsible for the physical set-up of all major events on 鲍鱼直播 campuses, including the Convocation ceremonies, exams and Open House. Our team works closely with many other units on campus along with 鲍鱼直播's听听and Timetable Coordinators from various faculties.

Garage
Our team of mechanics is responsible for the maintenance of 鲍鱼直播 fleet of vehicles, including tractors, trailers, portable generators, and other diesel, electric, and gas-powered equipment.

Grounds
Grounds Services offers听landscaping services, grounds and turf maintenance and maintenance of outdoor furniture.听The听team is committed to creating a green, clean campus environment.听

With our high-quality digital colour press and large format printer, 鲍鱼直播 Printing Services can help bring your printing projects to reality.

Pallets
No pallets are to be left in corridors or in receiving docks areas at anytime.
When placing an order with a supplier, each departments must make the necessary arrangements for the pallets to be retrieved after delivery.
