Mr. Leduc was raised on a dairy farm. A graduate from the FMT Diploma program in 1999, he later obtained his Bsc(Agr) from ±«ÓãÖ±²¥. He has worked on various types of farms (dairy, field crops, horticulture, organic, research) and has taught many agricultural courses at the college-level in Eastern Ontario for Guelph University and College La Cité. Mr. Leduc was also manager of the Ferme d’éducation et de recherche du campus d’Alfred (FERCA), for 4 years.

Mr. Leduc's teaching interests lie in the area of field crops productions, farm machinery, pest management, agricultural regulations and farm safety.
