Mélanie Lavoie-Tremblay inf. PhD is professor and vice-dean research, innovation and entrepreneuriat at the Faculty of Nursing, University of Montreal and a regular researcher at the Research Center of the University Institute of Mental Health of Montreal. She is adjunct professor at the Ingram school of nursing at ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ university. Her research focuses mainly on the attraction and retention of nurses, orientation programs for new nurses, the organization of care and work, the nursing workforce, evaluation programs and knowledge transfer.
