IT Human Resources (managed by Denise Pearce) provide leadership and expertise in HR strategy to support the development and implementation of new initiatives for IT Services and its seven units. The HRIT team—which consists of a Talent Management Advisor and an HR Advisor, with the Executive Assistant also supporting certain HR activities—supports the development of short and long-term plans to maximize the unit’s effectiveness, integrate human resources strategy into policy, promote organizational effectiveness and cultural change.
