Looking to stay grounded during the chaotic and stressful exam period? Interested in the spiritual significance of yogic practice? Join the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Office of Religious and Spiritual Life for Exam De-Stress Yoga Off-The-Mat on Zoom. Taught by experienced instructor Milda Graham, this seated, meditative practice will help you slow down, connect with like-minded students, and learn about yoga’s ancient spiritual roots.  This will be a mat (or carpet or blanket on the floor) based grounding practice for seated and prone positions. Definitely a restorative focus for stress release at this challenging time.
