Dr Mario Luc, MD, MSc, FRCSC, is assistant professor of surgery.Ìý He received both his medical degree and master in science at the Laval University in 2003 and 2004, respectively. He then successfully completed his Plastic Surgery residency training at ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ in 2008. Upon obtaining his certification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Dr. Luc continued to perfect his expertise at the Medical College of Wisconsin in hand and microsurgery.Ìý Since 2009, Dr. Luc has joined the Division of Plastic Surgery at ±«ÓãÖ±²¥.Ìý
In addition to the professional and personal values Dr. Luc diligently brings to his clinical practice, he continues to expand his breadth of knowledge and skills. As well, Dr. Luc is an active mentor in the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ residency program, teaching and sharing his talents with the Plastic Surgeons of tomorrow.
Dr. Luc’s clinical interests include most aspects within plastic surgery with a focus in hand surgery, hand malformation and aesthetic surgery.
