Overview

Islamic Studies : A comparative approach to the motivation and ideology in nationalist movements among Muslim peoples. Analysis of general trends and distinctive characteristics in various nationalist movements and their orientations, and the doctrinal disputes among Muslim intellectuals who attempted to explore the nature of the nation and its making in relation to universalist ideas of Islam.
