Tools to support teaching and learning

All third-party tools used for teaching and learning at ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ are subject to the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Cloud Directive. Student data contains private information and all tools need to be verified that companies providing these tools are keeping that data safe and complying with all Quebec laws and ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ regulations. Just because a software may be free to use does not mean that it is authorized for use at ±«ÓãÖ±²¥.

Below is a table of all currently approved tools that comply with the ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ Cloud Directive.

Software and cloud service requests

If you are teaching at ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ and would like to submit a software or cloud service tool to be evaluated for teaching and learning use, please. You will be required to login with your ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ username/password. Note that a typical tool can take a minimum of 4-6 weeks to evaluate. While this process approves the tool for use, it does not guarantee that funding will be available if the tool has a license fee.
