Program Associate
Ndeye Counta is the Program Associate for the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. Her focus areas include supporting the scholar’s recruitment process, the administration of entrepreneurship projects and developing a mentorship network to facilitate the transition of Mastercard Foundation scholars into meaningful employment.
Before joining the team, Ndeye worked as an Internal Management Intern at the National Airport Agency in her home country, Senegal. She has also worked in South Africa as a Social Impact Consultant through the Emzingo Global Impact Fellowship.
Ndeye is passionate about helping to connect scholars to opportunities by leveraging the Mastercard Foundations Scholars Program Network. Her interests also include social entrepreneurship and promoting employment opportunities on the African continent through cross-collaboration across institutions.
Ndeye graduated from ±«ÓãÖ±²¥ with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
